This starfish-shaped brooch is centered with a uniquely shaped rose-cut diamond, faceted with very shallow facets at the back, which is normally kept flat, and 15 rose-cut diamonds of various sizes.
The back is fitted with a large bale, so you can also wear it as a pendant.
